We are also planning to offer a Serengeti migration safari in Tanzania over one week in early 2009 during the time when the wildebeest mass on the short grass plains of the Serengeti and give birth to their calves. This is a spectacular time of the year to be in the Serengeti, and extensions will be available to other destinations in Tanzania before or after the event. This will be an exclusive event run by Clive Thomas of Prestige Promotions along the lines of their highly successful Celebrations of Wildlife held at Little Governors Camp in the Masai Mara in Kenya.
